Shipping

  • Orders can take 5-7 business days to ship. While we strive to ship orders quickly, during sales and busy seasons shipping may be delayed due to a higher volume of orders. We will ship your order as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding :)
  • Your shipping time estimate at checkout is based on when the order ships, not when it has been placed. Please keep in mind these are only estimates, and not set in stone. 
  • All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
  • Orders $250 or more will require a signature as proof of delivery 
  • We cannot change your address once your order has been placed. Please check to make sure your address is correct before completing your order.
  • Fanny Pants Reusables/Miss Fanny Pants can NOT be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to the address being entered incorrectly.
  • If your package is returned as undeliverable you are responsible for the cost to reship the order to you, or a 20% restocking + original shipping charges will be deducted.
  • Fanny Pants Reusables/Miss Fanny Pants is not liable for lost/stolen packages. Once tracking confirms the order as delivered, we are not responsible for your package. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to file a claim regarding the missing package. We will try and assist you in any way we can. 
  • For US Orders: Once your order has been accepted by the carrier, please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your package. If your package is still not showing as delivered, we will try to help you locate it.
  • Please contact info @ fannypantsreusables.com with any questions regarding your order
  • Please allow up to 60 days to receive your order due to holds at customs. If you have not received your order after 60 days, please contact us so we may assist you in locating your package.
  • Fanny Pants Reusables/MissFannyPants is not responsible for any extra fees you may incur. This includes but not limited to customs duties, local tax, sales tax, import tariffs, value added tax/fees, and any other fees.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Wear and damage caused by use and wash routines are not defects, these items cannot be returned and will not be replaced. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at support @ fannypantsreusables.com with your order# and detailed explanation of the issue. 

All Sales Are Final. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, for any reason. This includes, buyers remorse and a change of heart.
